Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu asked Venkata Bhatta to stay with Him for four months. During the great festival, He explained the glories of the spiritual master, Śrīla Prabhupāda, and engaged in devotional service to Lord Krishna through congregational chanting.’
‘Having resided there, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu bathed in the river Kaveri and visited the temple of Sri Ranganatha. Every day, he would chant the Holy Name of the Lord.’
‘The beauty of Lord Chaitanya's pastimes and the transcendental love of God are to be experienced by all. Everyone can experience His glories in great numbers, and if they could only experience Him, all happiness and unhappiness would disappear.’
‘The Lord of the lake saw the chariot of various winds coming from afar. If they had seen Ago, they would have begun to chant the Hare Krishna maha-mantra.’
‘Nothing else, except the Hare Krishna maha-mantra, was attained by the devotees of Gopada for Krishna. That is why they were not bored.’
The pastimes of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu have been divided into three parts, known as the Adi-lila, Madhya-lila, and Antya-lila. The Madhya-lila, which is the second part, describes the Lord's pastimes in His youth. The verses from 9.86 to 9.90 of the Madhya-lila of the Caitanya-caritamrita describe the Lord's visit to Jagannatha Puri.

‘Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu stayed at Venkata Bhatta's home for 4 months. He spent the days in great happiness, enjoying the transcendental relish of discussing Lord Krsna's pastimes.’
‘Whilst residing there, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu bathed in the River Kaveri and visited the temple of Sri Ranganatha. Every day the Lord danced in ecstasy.’
‘Everyone has witnessed the physical beauty of Lord Caitanya and His ecstatic love for God. People would come to see Him in great numbers, and as soon as they saw Him, all their misfortune and anxiety would disappear.’
‘Hundreds of thousands of people from various countries came to see the Lord. When they saw Him, they would all begin to chant the Hare Krishna maha-mantra.’
‘They sang nothing but the Hare Krishna maha-mantra and everyone became a devotee of Lord Krishna. Thus the people were astonished.’
